Couples and Group prices range from $10 to $45 per person, per hour, depending on the size and format of the group.

I identify your strengths and weaknesses so we can create a personalized fitness plan that works within your current ability while challenging you to reach your goals.
Goals are the milestones that motivate you on your journey of physical fitness. We'll develop monthly and weekly targets to keep you on track to success.
Workout Program Development
Using what we learned in your fitness assessment, we'll build a workout plan that helps you reach the long and short-term goals you set and well vary the routine so you don't get bored.
Nutrition Guidance and Menu Planning
Regular workouts are only a piece of the fitness puzzle. Eating right is vital, too. Whether you want to trim the fat or pack on muscle, I can give you the tools you need to meet that goal.
Support and Advice
As your Personal Trainer, my job is to give you advice and encouragement that pushes you to get the most out of every workout and every day. Whether you work out at your home, office, local park or gym, I'll meet you there.
